The project
Srta. Paulsen is an AI executive assistant: she organizes your calendar, follows up on projects and carries out tasks from spoken or written instructions, just like a trusted assistant would.
Say “book a meeting with Pedro tomorrow at ten and send him the invite” and she creates the event, drafts the email and sends it. She can work in manual mode — proposing each action for your approval — or in automatic mode for routine tasks.
At the end of the day she delivers a summary of what she did, what's still pending and how much time she saved you.
The challenge
Founders and managers lose hours every day on admin work: coordinating meetings, answering emails, remembering follow-ups and notifying people. Hiring a full-time assistant isn't always viable.
The solution
We built an AI agent connected to calendar, email and WhatsApp, with voice recognition and a permission system that defines what she can do on her own and what needs your approval.
The outcome
Coordination tasks go from many messages and clicks to a single instruction. The product is in active development with test users.
