The project

NISHMAPP is a management platform for churches that want to leave spreadsheets, messy WhatsApp groups and last-minute changes behind. It brings every ministry — worship, dance, media, welcome team, kids, prayer — into one place, with its leaders, volunteers and service calendar.

The heart of the product is scheduling: leaders can build rosters by hand, dragging volunteers into each service, or ask the platform for an automatic roster that respects availability, roles, rest days and fairness across the team.

Every volunteer receives their schedule right on WhatsApp, with automatic reminders and buttons to confirm or request a swap. Leaders see in real time who confirmed, who hasn't answered and which slots are still open.

The challenge

Rosters lived in spreadsheets and were shared through WhatsApp groups. Every change triggered dozens of messages, some volunteers were overloaded while others were forgotten, and nobody had a clear view of the whole church.

The solution

We designed a multi-ministry system with volunteer profiles, availability and roles; an automatic scheduling engine; and a WhatsApp Business integration that sends reminders and collects confirmations without anyone typing a message.

The outcome

Leaders spend minutes — not hours — preparing the month, volunteers always know when they serve and the church gets a complete picture of its team. The platform is in beta with pilot churches.
